Making a List.. Checking it Twice...

Well, Halloween is over and Thanksgiving is just around the corner. The stores are already playing Christmas music but my tree wont go up for a while.. BUT, November is a great time to start thinking about Christmas Cards. Here are a few past cards that I have done, most of them with Art and Soul Photography. Fun times at the ol' CMC...

For the past few years I have had the opportunity to work with the Colorado Mountain College marketing department. The coolest part about this is that I actually graduated from CMC in 2004. Yep, small world I guess. Anyhoo this year we have come up with some really fun projects and I thought it was about time I started getting some of those up here. So, for starters into the project archives of CMC, I present you with some of the small projects from the past few months that I am personally excited about.

ocTober, oCtober, octoBer...

Well it is officially well into October and by my account the BEST month ever for birthdays.. he he.. but yes I am a little partial. Anyway I recently created the cutest invitation card for a little friend of mine all the way in Australia who will have her 1st birthday this month. So of course I had to share it with everyone. Enjoy and Happy Birthday Estelle... and everyone else who will be turning older this month.

once upon a fall fall day there was a slight delay...
not sure why not sure how...
but in the midst of it all there was a stop...
to stand still & to sit, to not know or care which way was next...
almost at a crossraods...
but more of a delay...

for the day will continue as all days do...
but this time with more of a mission...
full of passion & life...
but till that happens we will sit & wait...
under the silence of the falling leaves...
bringing change with each & every breath...

Yesterday we had a wonderful baby shower for my Sis-in-Law Vanessa and my Nephew on the way. It was a wonderful time with friends and family. BUT the best part was that I got to design the invitations and party favors. They turned out so cute I LOVE them, one of my favorites for the year. Enjoy!!!

A Funky Little Mountain Flower...

This year I have had the pleasure of working with a wonderfully talented couple on several fun marketing projects. Scott and Heather King own A Funky Little Mountain Flower in Glenwood Springs, Co. They did the flowers for my wedding and did a fantastic job. At the beginning of this year they came and asked me to help them with a new "look" for their Photography/Flower/Wedding Planning business. I have loved everything that we have come up with and thought I would take the time to share a bit of the fun. ENJOY!!!
