Hello and Happy Tuesday!!!
Today I am excited to share with you a new little logo I have been working on for an out of state client/friend of mine who is starting a Massage Therapy business called TouchWorks LLC.
(Have I mentioned before that I love the power of modern technology and that it allows me to work all over the place from the comfort of my own computer, well I do!)
This little logo project was really a fun one. She wanted something simple, classy, business appropriate but NOT "massage-y" looking. Working with a simple color palette and basic shapes is always a good challenge as it allows me to be creative without all the fluff getting in the way. Plus it never hurts to just simple a design (or life in general for that matter) down to what is really needed or important.
I just LOVE how this logo turned out and I wish you the best of luck on your new business venture!!!!
ENJOY!

Mile High Blues!!!
I am sooooo excited to share this little Postcard/Poster with you all today. This is a project that I have been waiting to post about for a while. And I suppose I could have before now, BUT this is finally the big week before the event and therefore I figured the best time to share.
You may know by now that I Love designing, creating and being artsy.. BUT what you may not know about me is that I LOVE to dance. I actually think I like dancing more. (Shocker, I know, unless you have seen me on the dance floor.) I am by no means a professional dancer, nor have I mastered any one particular form of dance. Dancing is just one of those things that I truly enjoy. So when I was asked by a friend of mine to design the 2011 Mile High Blues Postcard I was giddy with excitement. Yes, it is true, when I can put two of my passions together I get rather giddy!!!!
This weekend Denver will play host to a rather a large number of amazing Blues Dancers from around the state as well as around the country. Live music, great dancing, beautiful mountains, spring on the way... I mean really, what could be better!!!
So get your dancing shoes on and ENJOY!!!!

Robots, Robots... Everywhere!!!
Ok.. so not really.
But lets face it, robots are fun.
I recently had the pleasure of working with some wonderful friends of mine designing a new logo for their sound tech business, Sonic Audio. And yep, you guessed it, they wanted to use a Robot as their unofficial mascot! FUN! I just love, love, love how fun and simple this logo turned out and I am super excited to finally be sharing it with you today.
ENJOY and have a wonderful Tuesday!
Best of luck my dear friends, I love you guys!!!!

A Snow Day to LOVE!!!
One month ago today I was attending and shooting the beautiful wedding of a fellow graphic designer friend. No we may not have gone to the same school, or even work at the same company... BUT we share a common love of fun paper, fancy fonts, pixels, vectors and all things colorful!!!
The best part of this whole day is that after the "I Do's" had been said and the cake and ice cream had been ate.. we ventured off to do something only those who have grown up in the cold can appreciate. We went OUT in the SNOW and 30 something temperatures for an intimate photo shoot. It was an adventure for sure!!! But what is better than playing in the snow, at the park, in your wedding dress?? I love it when the bride and groom are willing to get out of the box, and literally, into the snow!!! We had such a fun time and they are so smitten that it was not hard to capture their amazing love for each other. You guys ROCK.
Katie & Matt, you are just the cutest couple. Thanks for letting me share in your big day. Blessings and many, many, fun and adventurous years ahead for the both of you!!!
